It's always a good morning when the Chief of the Fire Department calls with excellent news! The fire ban has been lifted for the time being, which means we can have campfires again! We are asking that you keep fires constantly monitored and a reasonable size. We need to have every fire extinguished and dead out by 1 a.m. (as per our rules) however we are asking for everyone's cooperation with making sure that we are protecting our campground and forest.

Per Henniker Firefighters Association - we are in a red flag warning. All fire permits are suspended until further notice. For now, we can not allow any campfires. We will update when this status has changed.
