Transient Camping Opens Friday, June 19th. ONLY self contained RV Units will be allowed. ( This means you have a bathroom & sink) Reservations will ONLY be made over the phone at 613-925-5055. You MUST have a reservation. ABSOLUTELY NO walk-ins. At this time there will be NO VISITORS, NO TENTING, NO CYCLISTS & NO CABIN RENTALS. All common areas remain closed including: Playground, rec Hall, games room, mini putt, bathrooms/showers, laundry room & outdoor fitness equipment.

I had the oppprtunity to help co-host the Grenville Park Camping and RV Park kids fishing derby today along side Dale Byrd and the Grenville staff. What a great... bunch and the support they show toward youth fishing is top level. Well done everyone involved especially all of the kids that fished. A ton of prizes and medals given out during the bbq after the fishing wrapped up. I handed out a bunch of X Zone Lures to the kids, kind of felt like Halloween and giving out candy. Kids are so appreciative when they get stuff and that right there is all worth it. Another feel good moment shared with some young eager anglers. Congrats to 2 of my kids for getting medals, Andrew for biggest fish and Nora for the longest total weight for the most fish caught. Size and numbers ... great combo. This is a definite draw to this campground, be sure to add it to your camping list! Darren

Second time camping at Grenville Park Camping and RV Park, first time helping out with their kids fishing derby tomorrow, can't wait. Lots of prizes being donated through the program ... I love giving stuff away to kids, so appreciative.
