The best swimming hole at Carnarvon Gorge just down the road from Takarakka Bush Resort & Caravan Park - Carnarvon Gorge Queensland - Sandstone Park is closed over summer due to being on the top of a hill which is heaven in winter but hell in Summer! Takarakka is a great spot to camp in the Summertime! In the spirit of Christmas and what its all about, family, friends and spreading the love.

As we move through this ever-changing world of technology, reception systems are upgrading all the time, especially since covid.... so would you love to just press a button on your phone and go straight to set up your site OR does the check in process at reception give you peace of mind? We do have Optus and Telstra onsite at our park.
