Great Aussie Holiday Park has a vacancy for a Guest Services Officer. This is a casual position and will be rostered over 7 days. Shifts are between 8.30am and 9.00pm. What we do: This is a tourist park and group camp facility located in a rural setting on the banks of Lake Hume and is approximately 30 minutes’ drive north of Albury NSW. ... We are an award- winning holiday park, our business is growing, and we need the right person to continue providing second to none service to our guests. We are a destination park, so we aim to provide our guests with everything they need whilst staying in the park. This includes a variety of accommodation options, our facilities, great food, and excellent customer service. Working with us: The Great Aussie Holiday Park team is highly autonomous and we take our work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously! A sense of humour and fun is essential, however, customer service that is second to none, and a memorable experience is our priority and the reason we are here. It is the driver of our business and our people. About you: As a Guest Services Officer your tasks will include: Checking guests in/out of the park Answering phone calls Entering and maintaining bookings in the reservation system (Newbook) Assisting guests with enquiries or requests Following up group and school camp booking information Processing payments Open/Close reception and kiosk Kiosk/Café sales, orders and payments General office administration tasks General cleaning tasks Supporting the Park Manager as required Any other ad-hoc tasks as required To become an employee of Caravan Parks of Australia it is essential that you have a current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check or are able to obtain these at the commencement of your employment. At Great Aussie Holiday Park we will do our best to work with you to create work, life balance. It is important to us! But in return we require you to be flexible too, when required.
