Interior is ok, there are no big tears or anything, but it has been used as a truck, so there are s...tains from muddy boots and stuff like that. High-Quality Lumber rack is included. Bed and body are solid, no rust. Everything works as it should. Color: Grey Registration is current, no smog needed on a diesel. Clean title. 293,000 miles. Roseburg has been a really bad neighbor top BBHSP. Their irresponsible clear cutting caused a huge mudslide that even reached the Pit River, with no consequences from the dysfunctional system in place. Please attend this if you can!

Winter is almost over and we are gearing up for Spring 2018! Now that the water tanks and bridge are complete, up next the tub plaza, kids zone and GDS ( geothermal distribution system) conscious design and building! Let's make some power!

BBHSP Summer 2017 Update: There is big progress and lots of activity here at BBHSP, as we move forward with essential development projects in our efforts to re-open the facilities for camping and soaking. Straw Hall is nearly complete! The new multipurpose community gathering space, built by artists with rammed earth and straw bale walls, home-milled lumber, wildcrafted stone masonry, and natural hydraulic lime plaster.
