Good morning members! We hope you, your family and friends are staying safe during this time. Please, if you have to evacuate or don’t feel safe, call Cascade Meadows, Beachwood or American Sunset! Unfortunately, Neskowin is not completely free and clear of the fires yet. We are here to help in these unsure times and would love to accommodate you as best we can! Stay safe.

Beachwood Members! Thank you so much for submitting all your amazing pictures of your time spent at Beachwood Resort. Beachwood Members, and Canadian Members-We are aware of the challenge with the border being closed, and are exploring options for you. We realize a better job should be done keeping you updated and reassuring you your maintenance fees are in great hands. The maintenance fees are critical in keeping up with the maintenance and daily operations and expenses of operating Beachwood Resort. They are annual dues, not monthly dues or usage fees. Here is a list of many of the improve...ments, renovations and changes that are being worked on, prioritized and will be finished soon! 1. Renovations to the tent bathrooms. We think you will be pleased with the new bathrooms that are being done. We will send pictures very soon. It is required by the health department that to open the tent section, we must have those shower facilities open. They are about 10 days away from opening! 2. We believe you will be pleased with the improvements being done in the pool area, with new landscaping and changes. Pictures will come soon. 3. The front entrance has brand new gates and a new electronic system is being put in as well to help the efficiency of checking in to decrease wait times. There was also new pavement put in at the front entrance to help with a smooth drive in your RV. 4. A few new playground pieces have been ordered for your kids and grandkids to safely enjoy. They will be arriving soon. 5. We are exploring better solutions for the gate to the store and hoping we can make it more accessible for you soon. 6. A few of the showers in the pool bathrooms are being redone. We assure you again your dues money is going toward appropriate improvements and renovations to Beachwood Resort! It is important to continue to have your maintenance fees so we can continue to work on Beachwood Resort. We will more frequently keep you updated with pictures and updates on what is being worked on. We miss you all and hope the border reopens soon so we can all safely camp again have a great day!
