Bookings Online Will Open Tomorrow @ 9.00am Hi Everyone, As we see a continued decrease in Covid 19 cases we are now confident to allow Campers to make an online booking for the remainder of the 2020 season.... The Campsite will open on Saturday the 18th of July to Caravans and Motorhomes with on board facilities only. Please make an online booking to secure your pitch. On Saturday the 25th of July we shall allow all other modes of Camping to enter as the Facilities will be fully functional following Covid 19 Safety Protocols. Details will be given on site. Please note that for all bookings from tomorrow onwards we shall be implementing strict rules to decrease the possibility of a virus outbreak. 1. We can only accept a maximum of 2 families to form a group. Please DO NOT make separate bookings with the intention of becoming a larger group of more than 2 families. This will result in us cancelling the booking forthwith and ultimately refusing entry. 2. We are a family site so cannot accept young groups. 3. We highly recommend that you consider bringing your own toilet tent for your own peace of mind but we stress this is not compulsory only advisory. 4. As most of you know our Booking System for 2020 has been live since last year and we have many booking a year in advance. In addition we shall be reducing our pitch numbers by about 20% to aid social distancing which will inevitably mean fewer available pitches left. We sincerely apologise that we can't fit everyone on site this summer. 5. There will be no entry to the Campsite without a valid Online Booking. During the season we will always get last minute cancellations so there will be a possibility of spaces becoming available. Please feel free to contact us by e mail or phone to check anytime. Following guidance from Authorities we have decided to open Nantcol Waterfalls to Day Visitors from the 18th of July (Subject to change anytime) In order to satisfy Track & Trace Protocols for access to the Falls it will be necessary for us to record names and Car registration numbers. Glad to announce that Pizza Principles will be on site from the 29th of July for the duration of the Summer Season. As you can appreciate it will be different this year but we look forward to welcome you all to Nantcol Waterfalls and hope you will enjoy the break you all deserve. Hope to see you soon. COVID 19 LATEST UPDATE Hi Everyone, Following the Welsh Governments announcement today subject to the continued reduction in Covid 19 cases, Nantcol Waterfalls WILL be opening soon! ... We have decided to open our gates on the 18th JULY to Caravans and Motorhomes with self contained facilities ONLY. Our facilities will be CLOSED until the 25th JULY. All acceptable Caravans and Motorhomes wanting to camp between the 18th and the 25th of July must pre book by contacting us by phone or using our online system available from the 15th of July. Please note units without self contained facilities will not be allowed to enter until the 25th of July. On the 25th JULY our facilities will be allowed to open thus allowing all other modes of Camping including the Glamping Pods and Bell Tent Hire that have already booked online to enter. Campers arriving with no bookings will not be allowed to camp. As some of you know we allowed campers to make an online booking from the 25th of July onwards before deciding to block the system at the end of June due to the uncertainty. All these bookings will be honoured and you will be allowed to enter the site from the 25th of July. For Campers not booked in and wishing to visit us we shall be reopening our Booking System from Wednesday the 15th of July. For this year only we shall be reducing our capacity by 20% to aid social distancing. Unfortunately we are unable to allow access to Day Visitors from the 18th of July until further notice as it is a requirement to have a Track and Trace system on board. It would be impossible to monitor every day visitor. This ruling is subject to change pending further relaxation of the rules. As owners, our main concern are the Facilities and the need to social distance at all times. It will be necessary to clean the facilities on a regular basis which will mean frequent temporary closure - please bear with us! It will also be necessary to allocate time slots for showering, again this will be explained in detail on site. We would strongly advise for this season only that all campers without self contained facilities to bring their own toilet tent, there would be NO extra charge! but it would reduce the usage and congestion of people around the Facilities - Not compulsory but advisable! Our prime aim as Campsite owners is to keep everyone safe and we hope that all Campers will work with us to reach this goal. Covid 19 update. Hi Everyone, We have now been given permission to partly open from the 11th of July subject to confirmation on the 9th of July, this will only include Touring Caravans and Motorhomes with self contained toilet and shower facilities and kitchen area and our self catering cottages.Unfortunately at the moment we are restricted from opening our facilities (except for Water Points and Waste Disposal Unit) thus cannot allow Tents, Campervans with no indoor faciliti...es, Bell Tents Hire and Glamping Pods. In order to facilitate the Track & Trace protocol we are also unable to allow day visitors access to the Waterfalls. We sincerely hope that the Welsh Government can be in a position soon to lift restrictions on facilities that will eventually allow Tents, Glamping and Day Visitor access. Once we receive confirmation on the 9th of July we shall re-open our Booking System on the Website to allow Tourers and Motorhomes only from the 11th of July. Again to satisfy the Track & Trace protocol it is essential to book online to secure your pitch. We cannot allow access without a prior booking. Hopefully we are edging closer to the day that we can welcome you ALL to Nantcol Waterfalls, until then please continue to keep safe. The Jones family x

COVID-19 UPDATE Hi Everyone, Following today’s announcement by the First Minister for Wales Mark Drakeford, Self Catering Units and Self Contained Static Caravans will be allowed to open from the 13th of July however, unfortunately this does not extend to Touring and Campsites so this means that Nantcol Waterfalls will remain closed. ... It is possible that there will be an announcement on the 10th of July that will give guidance to the Hospitality sector and also remaining tourist businesses. We eagerly await that date for clarification and a possible start date. In the meantime please keep safe and we hope to see you all soon.

COVID-19 VIRUS UPDATE It is with a heavy heart we announce the CLOSURE of Nantcol Waterfalls Campsite until further notice. We shall continue to update you with any new information we receive. The Booking System will remain closed until the 25th of July 2020 this of course will be subject to change. As already mention due to this forced closure no customer will loose the deposit. We shall keep all bookings live so that you will be able to use the deposit when we reopen. Depo...sit can also be used for the 2021 season. No deposit will be refunded. !!!CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) LATEST RE. NANTCOL WATERFALLS!!! Hi Everyone, We are faced like everyone else with a devastating predicament but we have a responsibility as Campsite Owners for the health and safety of our staff, our customers and the local community.... The recent statement by the UK Government to avoid unnecessary travel and social mixing forces Caravan Parks to make difficult but necessary decisions regarding temporary closure. In view of this we have decided on the following procedures: 1. As from today (18/3/2020) we have closed the Booking System on our website until the 25th of July 2020 (date subject to change) 2. We are allowing campers that have booked a pitch from today until 1/4/2020 access onto the site but will not allow any further bookings or campers that will just turn up without an online booking.(subject to change) 3. On the 1st of April (subject to change)we shall review the situation looking forward and seek guidance from the UK Government. If the situation worsens then it will be possible that a decision will be made to temporarily close the site to the general public. This will be a difficult and devastating decision and will be made on the 1/4/2020 (subject to change) and posted on our Facebook Page, Instagram and Website. Please note if we are forced to close the site your deposits WILL NOT be lost. Every deposit will be honoured and kept live on your account to be used again once this nightmare is over, either later on this year or extended to the 2021 season.
