When you’re trying to get a (albeit slightly drizzly ) pano shot of the socially distanced, covid-19 prepared campsite but the pup just can’t help getting in the shot We look forward to welcoming our first campers today, and many more this season. We are planning to open the campsite on a limited basis from 4th July, in line with current Government advice. This will mean: >Limited pitches, every other pitch will be closed off for maximum spacing and social distancing >Toilet and shower facilities will NOT be open units with own toilets/showers only >Water/Chemical Disposal Point/Electric hook-up will all be available with added hygiene measures >Payment will be due in advance via BACS... The above will be reviewed on a regular basis and is subject to change according to Government guidance. Any bookings are provisional and can be deferred/refunded if advice changes. We apologise to those campers who won’t be able to join us without our full facilities, but we are starting a contact list if we are able to re-open toilets/showers later this season please do get in touch to be added. Too cold for camping but the site looks pretty in the snow! It’s been a busy few days on the farm making sure everyone is fed and warm

Whilst the stormy weather has produced some spectacular skies, the rain has not been helpful! We have taken the decision to close the campsite for the next 2 weeks (from Sunday 1st - Sunday 15th October) to let the site recover in time for our existing half term bookings.

Re-opened for Easter - Woodland Walk! Explore our woodland walk with extra paths for 2017! The birches are just coming out with their beautiful new leaves and the birds are busy making nests.
