All customers who had booked to camp at Silverstone Woodlands over the 2020 British MotoGP Grand Prix should now have received an email with a form to fill in, allowing you to transfer your tickets to the 2021 British MotoGP Grand Prix, or take a refund. It is possible that the email may have gone into your junk/spam folder, so please do check there if you believe you have not received this email from us. If you still are unable to find the email, please contact us through a ...direct message on here with the email address used for booking, and your 10 digit order reference to allow us to look into this for you. For the attention of customers who have booked camping at Woodlands for the 2020 British Grand Prix MotoGP Dear Customer, Following Silverstone's announcement that the 2020 British Grand Prix MotoGP, due to take place on August 28th - 30th, will not take place this year, we wanted to write to tell you what happens with your campsite booking but, firstly, that we too are extremely disappointed to hear this news. ... We have been running Woodlands for over 30 years and never known anything like this. Welcoming you to our family farm and putting on a great show for you is what we, Woodlands, are all about. Echoing Silverstone’s thoughts; we wouldn’t exist without you. We are in full support of Silverstone’s decision. We have an obligation to protect the health & safety of everyone involved in preparing and delivering the event, and of course you, the brilliant and loyal fans who make it all possible. Regarding your booking, you will be given the option of either transferring your tickets (including any electric hook-ups) to the rescheduled event date in 2021, OR of taking a full refund. We will contact you in the next 14 days with full details as how exactly to do this and ask that you be patient with us whilst we work through all of our bookings; please bear in mind we’re only a very small team & company. We appreciate your understanding & patience during these difficult times and hope that you choose to transfer your booking to next year.
