A quick Covid update.... Gibraltar Farm Campsite is working with current Government Guidelines and as such, from 14 September - it will be against the law to meet people you do not live with in a group larger than 6 (inside or outside). This means we can’t allow multiple tents, caravans or motorhomes to pitch together when they accommodate more than 6 people from different households. Please help us by following these new rules. Please don’t book large numbers of tents individually and then form a group onsite. Thank you for your continued support, cooperation and patience. Keep safe everyone! Amy, James and the Gibraltar Farm Team

Number 7 on the 'Big World Small Pockets' list of the 15 best beach campsites in the country. Gibraltar Farm, Morecambe Bay, Lancashire "And now, as we move northwards, we came to the next entry on this list of the UK’s best beach campsites, located near the wonderful Morecambe Bay.... A traditional campsite set on a family-owned, working farm, this adorable site is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. With stunning scenery and gorgeous views galore, this brilliant campsite in the northwest of England is situated with both epic woodlands and vast open grasslands right on its doorstep. Plenty of National Trust hiking trails, as well as excellent fishing opportunities and bird-spotting delights, make this a real winner!"

A beautiful spring day at Gibraltar Farm. Eerily quiet on the campsite but life goes on amidst the chaos of Corona. The cows need milking, our calves need feeding and the last batch of sheep are starting to have their lambs. A big thank you for all of the positive messages of support from our amazing customers and friends. It means a great deal. Stay safe. Be kind
Due to the unprecedented situation we face dealing with the corona virus ...It is with a very heavy heart that we are closing Gibraltar Farm Campsite as of Tuesday 24th March until further notice. This has not been a decision made lightly. We have been following the guidance given from the Government and have been observing social distancing but as things change so rapidly we feel it’s the right decision. We thank each one of our customers for their support and messages of ki...ndness. Anyone that has a booking for this month or next I will contact you over the next few days. We can transfer your deposits for any date later this year or in 2021. Thank you for your understanding. Silverdale is an amazing place to live and work. We hope that we can continue to work together as a community to get through this. Keep safe take care of each other. Amy, James, Eddie and Ollie See more
