What's something she wouldn't expect on Feb 14? How about a surprise getaway? Book a camping site or secure one of our luxury tents for the weekend. Relax, connect and escape. Take a swim together in our billabong, roast marshmallows over an open fire or visit Toowoomba for the day. Sounds like a winner

The response to our new Ecopond/pool has been overwhelming! Thank you for all your interest and questions! To clarify, our day visitor fee has always been $5 per person. This allows you to use our amenities, bbq area, playgrounds, mountain bike track, explore the creek, have a picnic or a get together with friends. The price is still $5 (under 4’s are free) and now you also get to have a swim. I apologise for any confusion or misunderstanding that I was offering a free service. Please let us know you are coming- you need to book to ensure we are not over full. Thanks again for your interest and support. I totally underestimated the response we’ve had to this!

Our swimming hole and creek have filled up over the last week. It’s been a slow trickle the last few days. Highest it’s been since February without the mud that streams through when it floods. Plenty of lovely places for a dip. Won’t last long so get in quick! There is always the Ecopond for those who prefer clear water

Rain this week has filled the swimming hole and put water in the creek for Christmas. We still have availability all school holiday.

We are continuing to work from Murphy's creek Escape in 2021.. it's an amazing space to work with our clients and our horses enjoy walking in nature, and partnering in the paddock. Monday's every fortnight.. so please feel free to book a session time.

This is our new Ecopond/pool. Not images of our creek. In the day time light. To answer a few commonly asked questions. Yes, its for swimming but you have to share it with the fish it's been placed just out the front of reception off the deck. We will be opening it to day visitors as well (please let us know you are coming as the office has sporadic hours through summer). Please remember you MUST use reef safe, zinc based (and preferably chemical free) sunscreen to ensure the natural ecosystem stays healthy and happy.

The water and plants are in. Filtering overnight to clear the water and open to guests tomorrow afternoon. Remember if you are coming to bring zinc based, reef safe sunscreen. Am amazing product by Glen Stewart and James at Eco Billabongs.

Finally! The water is going in. Councils done their final approvals. Plants go in tomorrow and fish next week! Exciting days
